Your Baby And You (YBAY) is a series of resources for parents of babies and young children, including printed literature, online video content, and social media assets. It is a revised version of Getting It Right From The Start developed in 2011. The visuals, media, and written content all received a refresh to ensure inclusivity and make sure that our diverse community felt represented. Changing the previous title from ‘Getting It Right From The Start’, to ‘Your Baby and You’ established a more appropriate tone of voice. A fresh new design with a lightness, bright colours and warm friendly typography all helped. The written content and visual approach was presented to a number of focus groups and has been met with great success.
